You certainly know Marcel Woods for his numerous tracks and remixes like 'Advanced', 'Scream' or '3stortion' but for this new song he teamed up with W&W, both hailing from The Netherlands and very well known DJ/Producers with both holding strong positions in the DJ Mag Top 100.
With 'Trigger' they have produced the perfect crossover record, which features elements of Electro, Progressive House, Trance resulting into one raw banger! The heavy bassline with added snare drums building up to the climax just goes off with an insanely power you wouldn't expect. The breakdown reminds of an early Trance production, but perfectly blended into a 2012 Progressive House sound. This is some serious banging peaktime material!

Marcel Woods, real name Marcel Scheffers, is a Dutch DJ and producer from Eindhoven. Woods started to DJ in 1990. Over the past years, he has, among other things, played at Dance Valley, Defqon.1, Innercity, Sensation and Trance Energy. In 2006 Woods produced a huge hit Advanced which has become, with the help of DJ Tiësto, very popular and thus became the anthem of the 2006 Trance Energy event. He has produced many singles under the pseudonym Mr. Rowan and a remix of the Sensation Anthem 2002.

Banding together under the name W&W has seen the collective careers of Ward van der Harst & Willem van Hanegem go into overdrive... As spinners they’ve delivered due damage to club nights and festivals and in both 2010 and 2011, their A-list-hammered track portfolio saw them conclusively tip the ‘next big thing’ scales. Now, in the new decade, W&W are ready to rule.
