Electronic Dance Music grows bigger and brighter everyday, something that may cause mixed feelings in some dedicated fans.
On one hand, we like to see EDM grow as a genre, to see it get the recognition that it deserves however, along with its recent success comes some branching off into the mainstream. Although great that EDM can gain popularity through the mainstream, it seems that sometimes these 'mainstream' producers can lose sight of what made EDM great in the first place.

Probably the biggest 'Pop' endorsement yet has been Madonna's appearance at Ultra Festival 2012 in Miami where she introduced Avicii. Some might argue that Madonna endorsing Avicii is getting too close to comfort with mainstream however we think that it is a step in the right direction. Madonna is an artist who has always respected electronic music and for a long time has had electronic influences in her music.

And what better way to add some electronic influences than to release a HUGE remix package for her track 'Girl Gone Wild'. This one is loaded with hits so listen to them all and take your pick, because they all deserve respect. Perhaps without surprise, Avicii delivers a great remix that will get anybody on their feet and dancing, a remix a bit darker than his other recent work.
